Get the best deli case deal for your shop!

After you have owned a restaurant, a deli, or bakery shop, next thing you need to do is buy a storage case. Once you have decided which type of case to go for, you need to figure out and think about all the standard features necessary in the case to meet the food storage requirements in the shop.

The first and the foremost factor under consideration would be size. Don’t think of it in context of space only on which you will be putting it up. You may have a large room space to install the case, but if the products that you sell don’t have a large turnaround time and have a small shelf life, it is best to go for a case which is smaller in size. This will help you save energy, money, and space too.

Some deli makers offer smaller versions of bigger cases that come with all standards benefits and features of its larger siblings. These smaller ones are ideal for places such as convenience stores that are not spacious enough to accommodate big storage products.

Before going ahead with the purchase, carefully review the specification sheet so that you could make the right clearance arrangements for exhaust air and intake. As many of the open deli merchandisercan be quite large, make sure to check out the measurements so that you could easily accommodate and fit it through the doorway.

Display products that come in tiered shelving are good for maximizing product visibility regardless of which shelf you put them on. It is because it stores food supplies near the front of the case. Glass shelving allows the passage of light to filter through the display and come in more flexible options than wire shelving. It makes the food products look as if they are floating.

Some of the display models come in curved while others come in straight glass type. The glass is a little slanted at certain degree angle that helps minimize the reflection coming from the lighting above.

Another essential feature that one should think out is the lighting concept. These refrigerated products come with lighted interiors which makes food items look even more tempting and mouth-watering. Some come with fluorescent bulbs to enhance certain colored foods, like pastries and red meat. While some may have top lighting, others come in shelf-mounted lights.
